Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Formulate and implement strategies to improve performance, increase quality, and enhance productivity.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across departments.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, hire, and train employees to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Resource Management: Manage supply chain, procurement, and materials to ensure smooth production or service delivery.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including managing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning to meet company financial goals.
