Job Description
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Operations Lead is a hands-on role, working alongside the team and cross functional teams, leading daily field operations for environmental services projects. The Operations Lead oversees crews, coordinates resources, and drives operational performance while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Operations Lead serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for translating business priorities into execution.
