OPERATIONS LEAD, CEMENT – ESTEVAN (EST)

Address equipment management, personnel issues, employee and environmental safety and welfare, in addition to scheduling crews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Trican's core value, Safe equipment and operations is the priority in all activities
• Work with Base Manager to interview and hire new employees, conduct disciplinary action, evaluations and reviews, training and competency requirements, as well as employee welfare concerns at the base
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety, Environmental, National Safety Code, Trican Well Service Ltd, government, as well as client policies and regulations
• Ensure job quality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Trican company standards, government legislation, and customer requirements
