Operations Internship: Process Excellence & Analytics

Position Summary

Internship with Ninja Van – a tech‑enabled logistics company providing last‑mile delivery services across Southeast Asia. The role is open to students and young graduates and is based on the preferred start date of the student and the university requirements.

Internship Details

Duration: 3 to 6 months (as per university requirements). The internship is intended to support the team in daily analysis and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform Competitors Service Level Agreement tasks.
• Create orders with third‑party logistics providers.
• Coordinate order pickups with the Fulfillment team and 3PL points of contact.
• Monitor invoices and related financial documentation.
• Assist the team with daily analysis, reports, audits, and training activities.
• Execute other assigned tasks as required.
