Operations Intern - People & Finance (f/m/x)

To support across various projects, we are looking for an Operations Intern - People & Finance (f/m/x). 
 
As part of the People & Operations Team, you will proactively communicate across teams to unblock work and drive projects forward, by suggesting practical improvements to processes and tools that scale with the company.

Key responsibilities

People Operations (60%)

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new joiners
• Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, funnel management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain HR administration and HRIS (e.g., Personio), ensuring accurate documentation and data management.
• Provide operational support across business functions, including office management, event planning, IT coordination, and legal/compliance support.
