Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and investigate customers' complaints.
- Understand and identify customers' needs and requirements and propose relevant laundry service/products.
- Assist customers throughout payment process (if necessary), handle billing and invoice.
- Perform data captures for all laundry pick-up orders and customer service assistance by day.
- Assist with the execution of all other operations related tasks assigned by the Management.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
