Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and investigate customers' complaints.
  • Understand and identify customers' needs and requirements and propose relevant laundry service/products.
  • Assist customers throughout payment process (if necessary), handle billing and invoice.
  • Perform data captures for all laundry pick-up orders and customer service assistance by day.
  • Assist with the execution of all other operations related tasks assigned by the Management.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
