The Opportunity

As the company enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for an Operations Integrator to strengthen operational leadership and ensure the business can scale sustainably.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation and is responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day. The Operations Integrator brings structure, clarity and operational discipline across the company, enabling the team to consistently deliver high-quality events while protecting margin, team wellbeing and client satisfaction.
