About the Role

Kalum Kabs Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations & Fleet Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, fleet performance, driver management, customer service, and operational excellence across Northwest BC. Reporting directly to ownership, the successful candidate will provide leadership to the Operations Coordinator and take ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services. This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring strong decision‑making skills, accountability, and the ability to manage people, vehicles, and operational priorities in a fast‑paced workplace.
