Operations Executive

Support the planning and pre-opening launch of the scalp care treatment outlet, including treatment room setup, workflow planning, equipment readiness, and product preparation.

Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalp treatments, consultations, hygiene standards, inventory control, and customer service.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities (e.g. local council, Ministry of Health) to ensure regulatory and operational compliance prior to opening.

Daily Operations & Administration

Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and strict adherence to health and safety standards specific to scalp and hair treatment services.

Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coordination.
