With a minimum of 10 years in management, your role will involve coaching top talent, maintaining client relationships, and driving performance across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational leadership success in Alberta South
• Coach and develop high-performing teams
• Analyze and rectify client retention issues
• Fill branch vacancies and maintain operational efficiency
• Establish a high-performance culture across branches
Requirements:
• 10+ years of management experience
• CAIB designation required
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred
• Experience in cross-organizational management
