Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and serve as a point of contact for Zofeur chauffeurs and partners
- Build rapport with key partners
- Possess strong knowledge of areas in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
- Coordinate with the supply team and account managers to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor chauffeur performance, attendance, and relations
