Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong operational knowledge within Freight Forwarding covering Air, Ocean and Crosstrade.
- This role supports day to day Ocean, Air and Road Freight operations
- Shipment planning consists of Air, LCL, FCL, Breakbulk etc.
- Haulage arrangements
- Customs clearance declaration
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipments
- Handling Import and Export shipments & documentation from A to Z
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
- Troubleshooting and attending to customer complaints/disputes.
- Troubleshooting and attending to ministry/official authority.
- Ensure all enquirers are responded to within the shortest possible time frame.
- To obtain pricing and generate complete/competitive quotation base on customer’s requirements.
