Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Operations Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and support cost optimization initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading to build the lean culture in shop floor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and other best practices.
• Identify process gaps and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
• Analyze and optimize workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
• Monitor and report key operational KPIs, and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support productivity improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams.
