ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as a team member of the central IRE/LRE team to ensure the infrastructure and platform stability and performance for the entire organisation Moderate and organize troubleshooting meetings in terms of escalations and overarching incidents. Plan, organize and coordinate worldwide IT Emergency exercises. Lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience ITIL certification (advantageous) Minimum of 8 years IT working experience ITIL process knowledge and work experience (Required) Minimum 6 years’ experience in an operations environment IT Infrastructure Knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
