Essential Skills Fluent German and English communication skills 8 years of IT experience, including 6 years in an operations environment Strong knowledge of: Cloud Technologies Server & Virtualisation Platforms Networking Storage (NAS, SAN, Archive) Web Technologies SAP Environments MQ Services Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) Solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations best practices Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Role & Responsibilities Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure and platform stability Coordinate and facilitate troubleshooting sessions for major incidents and escalations Lead Problem Management activities and drive issue resolution Plan and coordinate global IT Emergency and Disaster Recovery exercises Collaborate with international teams to improve operational processes and service performance Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within IT Operations
