Position Operations Due Diligence Officer (Junior) – Valencia, Spain (full‑time, on‑site) Role Summary Support the Luxembourg department in conducting due diligence of fund administrators and depositaries. Key Responsibilities Support initial and ongoing due diligence (questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs and SOC reports) for fund administrators and depositaries. Monitor deadlines for completing due diligence questionnaires. Prepare assessment reports on service providers and escalated key findings to the Director of Operations. Assist in updating key internal controls and templates, including the due diligence oversight dashboard, internal shared database and templates used for the due diligence exercise.
