Operations Coordinator: Project Admin & Scheduling

Zion Fire is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Manager and coordinate fire protection projects from planning through completion. Based in Auckland (Mt Eden), this full-time role involves scheduling, documentation, and liaison with field teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will spend time on-site as projects progress and contribute to a smooth operation across installation, service, and maintenance work.
