Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our field, service, and project management teams. This is not a traditional desk admin role. You will be a key part of keeping daily operations moving — handling service dispatch, field scheduling, warehouse logistics, and administrative support in a construction and low-voltage service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming service calls; open, track, and close service tickets
  • Dispatch service technicians and coordinate scheduling priorities
  • Maintain communication between customers, field staff, project managers, and service leadership
  • Assist with scheduling field manpower across service and project operations
  • Work alongside project managers to develop and maintain project schedules
