You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery across several clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client needs, forecasts, and product requirements to ensure seamless delivery and service.
Resolve any customer issues promptly, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
