About The Role

The Menu Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that restaurant menus are efficiently engineered, structured, and uploaded across multiple platforms, including POS (Point of Sale), online ordering systems, and kiosks. The role is responsible for accurately translating client‑provided menus into functional, organized, and optimized formats within our software systems. In addition to menu configuration, the Menu Specialist focuses on building scalable automation processes to accelerate menu building, improve consistency, and reduce manual input. This involves close collaboration with the product and engineering teams to conceptualize, test, and roll out new tools and features that automate core aspects of menu creation and updates.
