OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE ROLE OPENING (US Based company) - 100% Remote Team in Pakistan
Role Details
Role Title : Operations Associate
Department: : Operations
Reporting To: Team Lead
Years of Experience (Requirement) : ): +3 years in operations, management
Qualifications : Bachelors Business Management, BBA
Preferred Candidates or Plus Points for a Candidate:
Strong written and spoken American English
Experience working with U.S. clients and accounting systems
Ability to work flexible hours; Operations department functions 24/7 and all team members should be flexible to all shift timing which change quarterly, and our work shift hours are below :
11 AM – 8 PM (PKT)
6 PM – 3 AM (PKT)
3 AM – 12 PM (PKT)
Responsibilities
Report to Team Lead – Operations department ; individual will make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan: receive guidance and oversight from Team Leads
