Job Summary
The Operations Assistant - Selling Area is responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring optimal product availability, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. The role requires strong coordination with merchandising, warehouse and cashiering teams to ensure the selling floor is organized, visually appealing and sales-driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in supermarket or retail operations.
- Exposure to visual merchandising (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
