Operations Assistant

Purpose

The boarding officer is to provide local knowledge and expertise to ensure that the principal's requirements are performed with the utmost efficiency.

The role is to efficiently support and handle in a sustainable and compliant manner dry cargo, wet-gas, break-bulk, cruise, military, ship-managers, and defense companies in the Asia Pacific region. The provision of an efficient service delivery ensures continued sustainable growth within the Marine Agency business.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Vessels, Terminals, Suppliers and Service Providers on Vessel's Schedule.
• Arranging Vessels Arrival, Departure and Port Formalities (inclusive of arrangement of Tugs, Pilots etc).
• Submission of Documents to Port Authority and Statutory Bodies, should the need arise.
• Arranging and coordinating supply/delivery of ship spares, stores, services, provisions, etc.
