Operations Assistant Manager (Contract Manufacturing)

Our client is a US-headquartered multinational consumer goods company looking for an Assistant Manager, Operations (Contract Manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full CM relationship across the region, ensuring cost, supply reliability, quality, and service targets are met.
• Negotiate commercial terms, scrutinise cost breakdowns, drive ongoing cost improvement and hold partners accountable through structured reviews and KPI scorecards.
• Align production plans and capacity to protect supply and maintain service levels.
• Run sourcing exercises in line with category strategy, scout and qualify new partners, manage RFQ/RFP processes, and build total cost of ownership models for new products, dual sourcing, and risk mitigation.
