Operations Assistant (Location: Alps Avenue) Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Preferably can operate forklift
- Loading and unloading cargoes from and to the containers
- General warehousing and housekeeping duties
- Responsible to complete the job process from Inbound to Outbound
- Ensure that the administration work that goes along with the processes are conducted in a proper manner
- Ensure proper records and for the stock/cargo kept in the warehouse
- Working together with Warehouse Coordinator to run the day to day operations
- Ad hoc work as and when may be assigned
- Minimum “O” Levels or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experiences as a storekeeper
- Preferable to possess Forklift license (3 tonnes).
- Be proactive towards clients and staff.
- Able to communicate well with all stakeholders.
