Operations and Strategy Management Intern, GenAI Operations Suite

The Operations and Strategy Management (OSM) team leads the integration of SAFe Agile and DevOps practices across Global MES development teams, with a strategic focus on embedding AI/ML capabilities into manufacturing operations. As stewards of the AI Space initiative, OSM ensures that machine learning and GenAI technologies are operationalized to enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.

OSM also designs and governs service management processes, serving as Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to promote Agile values across the organization. The team manages both on-premises and cloud-based development environments, supporting Seagate’s broader strategy for innovation, agility, and operational excellence
