Job Description
Global Logistics company is looking for their Guadalajara (Zapopan) branch the position of **Operations & Customer Service - Air Freight (Overnight shift)**
This position tracks, traces, and maintains status of Expedited and air shipments via domestic and international transport. This role is responsible for providing customer-specific updates, including export, import, and domestic transactions, including processes from shipment RFQ to final delivery.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and manage shipments until completion.
- Timely communication with customers, offices, overseas and domestic providers to maintain relationships.
**-Responsible to coordinate operations during Overnight shift**:Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2-5 years of proven logistics operations experience with a preference for freight forwarding experience; operate and quote shipments
