BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming exchange seeking to expand their team with proactive Operations Agents.
Remote based from Ireland or the UK with travel to the HQ for training and onboarding.
This is a night shift role, 4 days per week.
The Operations Agent is responsible for ensuring all users have an exceptional betting experience. This is achieved through outstanding Customer service and attention to detail in managing the markets that appear on our Website.
What will you be doing?
- Creation of sporting events/betting markets on internal and Client platforms.
- Management of sporting events/betting markets on internal and Client platforms driven by sporting news, subject matter experts and Customer feedback.
- Ensuring website content is in line with company, industry and gaming regulator mandated standards.
