The Operations Administrator will provide support to the Logistics and Export Compliance Specialist and regional functions of Logistics, Sales, and Technical Operations as required.

• Facilitate the Goods‑In and Goods‑Out process for incoming and outbound shipments.
• Data entry into the STR Asset Management system – CSAM.
• Arrange collections, deliveries, imports, exports, and intercompany transfers using approved freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers.
• Track freight movements and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers when required.
• Assist with resolving shipment delays, customs holds, missing documentation, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies.
