About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Electrical General Foreman, the Operational Technology (OT) Network Specialist is responsible for the operation, performance, reliability, availability and security of OT and SCADA/PLC LAN networks (underground and surface). The role provides insight into the security and integrity of data systems and networks across the organization, establishes network design principles and standards in OT architecture, interfaces with the IT department to guide project activities, and supports the integration of IT/OT networks.
The position also oversees reporting, capacity planning, and business case input to foster technology improvements in support of capital and operational expenditures.
