Operational Service Assistant - Paediatrics

The post holder will provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the Paediatrics Teams within CCICP. The Operational Service Assistant will organise their own workload and co‑ordinate activities with the Team Leader to ensure an efficient service is delivered. The role requires initiative, teamwork and the ability to step into gaps to maintain continuity of services.

Main duties of the job

Provide administrative support to Paediatric Services within CCICP, including managing calls, referrals and supporting clinical staff in response to the health needs of the caseload.

Handle telephone enquiries and liaise with parents, carers, clinicians and multidisciplinary team colleagues.

Support day‑to‑day tasks and provide potential PA support to the Community Operational Manager.
