Operational Key Account Manager, APAC Commercial

Job Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the quality, KPI result and service delivery of assigned Key Accounts.
• Drive process standardization and optimization to improve performance and minimize customer specific processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Retention of assigned key accounts.
• Support all aspects of the account relationship as a primary point of contact for customer.
• Proactively work within the Commercial organisation to constantly assess changes to the business and impact to DSV’s growth and profitability in the current volatile and uncertain market.
• Help identify all potential risks and develop mitigation plan.
• Identify and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and grow margins (preparation of rates, oversee operating costs).
