Operational Excellence Manager: Lead CI & Lean Six Sigma

Abbott Laboratories is looking for a leader in Continuous Improvement based in Pokeno, Waikato. You will drive operational excellence while managing financial performance and leading a motivated team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years of continuous improvement project experience, preferably in the dairy or food manufacturing sectors. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred and strong communication skills are crucial to succeed in this role.
