Job Overview

Responsible for the operational design, coordination, and continuous improvement of syndicated market research studies within the Global Commercial Offering team. Acts as a key link between research design, fieldwork execution, and data delivery teams to ensure methodological robustness, data quality, and scalability of processes. Focuses on optimizing questionnaire design, fieldwork approaches, and quality control frameworks to enhance consistency, reliability, and efficiency across markets.

Essential Functions

• Design and coordinate syndicated data collection processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to and constructively challenge questionnaire design to ensure clarity, alignment, and coherence with research objectives; provide input on study methodology, sampling approach, quotas, and variable definitions; ensure harmonization of study design across markets and waves.
