Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Assist with manpower planning, task allocation and operational briefings.
- Monitor warehouse workflows and ensure work is carried out according to SOPs.
- Check warehouse documents such as delivery orders, goods receipt records, picking lists and inventory movement records.
- Support WMS transactions and verify that system records match physical stock movements.
- Assist with stock arrangement, cycle count preparation and inventory discrepancy follow-up.
- Handle operational issues involving damaged goods, missing items, incorrect picking or packing, and delivery delays.
- Support warehouse safety, housekeeping and incident-reporting practices.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, deployed workers, transport partners and client representatives.
