Operation Manager – 12 months contract

Our client is a leading global consultancy, and we are looking for an Operation Manager to support an urgent public sector project on a 12‑month contract, with a possibility of extension.
 
Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in operations, service delivery, or vendor management with success in large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to oversee vendor operations across counter services, back‑end processing, and enquiry channels.
• Skilled in leading process re‑engineering, digitalisation, and automation to improve service standards.
• Expertise in managing outsourced providers under performance‑based contracts.
• Strong background in executing operational strategies that drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
