- Champion and lead a Stop and Fix World-Class Operations Management culture transformation by sustaining structured daily tiered accountability meetings and actively encouraging problem‑solving among operations stakeholders.
- Provide overall leadership and responsibility for entire operation management, including Branch execution (external and internal operations), operations support, administration and facility.
- Possess authority to make strategic decisions related to operational activities and lead the operational team for all branches.
- Align strategic directions and business objectives with top management, translate them into holistic business and operations strategies that achieve business goals at the country level.
- Own the cost of revenue and drive cost efficiency.
