Job Description
· Lead and support responses to RFPs/RFQs, including scheduling, compliance, editing, and formatting. Assemble resumes, project sheets, and subconsultant materials; ensure timely and polished submissions.
· Develop and design marketing collateral, including project profiles, presentations, brochures, digital content, and client-facing materials.
· Coordination with existing SMEC/SJ Marcom in the updates of SJ Group’s website, social media platforms, and e-newsletters; monitor analytics and recommend improvements to strengthen visibility and engagement in relation with Indonesia energy sector activities.
· Collaborate on group-wide marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, anniversary milestones, and community engagement activities.
· Prepare materials for tradeshows, conferences, and client meetings. Coordinate logistics and provide onsite support as needed.
