Job Description
Responsibilities
- Terminal clearance - inbound and outbound.
- Check flight alerts & pre-alerts.
- Coordinate with Network offices & customers.
- Scanning, processing & labeling of shipments.
- Knowledge of MAWB / HAWB & other cargo-related documents.
- Handle Outlook emails.
- Data entries in the system and ensure all shipments are delivered as per SLA.
- Imports & Exports - coordinate with the CS team and Vendors.
- Singapore Deliveries - coordinate with Vendors and in-house delivery team.
- Advantage if the candidate has work experience in freight/courier industry.
- MUST HAVE CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENCE.
