Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters and platform operations.
- Perform upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Provide L1/L2 support and coordinate complex issues with Red Hat support teams.
- Manage OpenShift networking, security, RBAC, certificates, backups, and recovery activities.
- Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Deliver technical guidance, best practices, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
- Solid Linux, containerization, and cloud-native technology expertise.
- Experience with cluster monitoring, capacity management, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
