Job Description
Take the lead as a Track Programs Supervisor at Ontario Northland, overseeing essential rail programs in North Bay, Englehart, and Cochrane. Supervise operations, manage teams, and ensure efficient project execution.
This supervisory role focuses on coordinating with District Managers, prioritizing and organizing track work across different teams and contractors. With a strong foundation in rail infrastructure, you'll be tasked with ensuring the smooth delivery of materials and compliance with safety standards during projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of track programs
• Evaluate needs for rail and tie renewals
• Oversee material delivery and distribution logistics
• Assist with training and strategy development
• Coordinate with external contractors and mechanical support
Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or GED mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in rail operations
