About the job
In the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Manager role you will lead the delivery of essential income and employment support services to adults with disabilities across the Belleville region. You will shape service delivery strategies aligned with provincial priorities, while ensuring program integrity, high‑quality client service, and continuous improvement.
As a leader, you’ll build a team culture that sparks innovation, supports collaboration, and champions inclusion. You will help create a workplace that is diverse, anti‑racist, and accessible, where everyone feels safe, respected, and able to thrive.
You’ll work closely with community partners, municipalities, and other government stakeholders to strengthen ODSP’s presence and impact in the Belleville region.
Occasional travel within the region and to Toronto is required.
