Job Description

Become an integral part of SNDL's Onsite Support team in Edmonton. This full-time role focuses on providing outstanding technical support and customer service to multiple environments and users.
As an Onsite Support Analyst, you will work directly with corporate, production, and retail teams. With 2–5 years of end-user support experience, your strong communication and customer service skills are essential. You will be responsible for ticket management, tech asset allocation, and troubleshooting hardware issues, providing critical support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete tickets on ConnectWise board promptly
• Track and manage technology asset inventory
• Assist with logistics and shipment coordination
• Maintain POS and workstation imaging processes
• Provide end user support for enterprise applications
