Job Description
What you will enjoy doing Act as the technical subject matter expert for onsite equipment and systems throughout the Netherlands & Belgium Prepare maintenance interventions and act as a contact person for contractors from the office at the IJmuiden Support daily operations, including commissioning, startups, shutdowns, and performance optimization as well as lead complex troubleshooting activities, perform root cause analyses, and document technical solutions Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and improve preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance strategies Analyze operational and performance data to improve efficiency, reliability, and equipment lifecycle Provide technical support for capital projects, equipment upgrades, and system modifications in compliance with standards whilst ensuring all onsite systems meet health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, supporting audits and risk assessments
