Onsite Quality Control Manager – Fuels Infra (Spain)

Ecc is looking for a Quality Control Manager in Spain, primarily supporting projects at Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base. The successful candidate will oversee the Contractor Quality Control program to guarantee adherence to the Quality Control Plan and contract stipulations.

Qualified applicants should have five years of construction experience, including two years in quality control management. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Experience with DoD projects is a plus.
