As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing production and non-production materials for manufacturing. You will be responsible for various tasks, from creating purchase orders to monitoring delivery schedules. Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams—including production, logistics, and finance—ensures you meet production requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain purchase orders for materials
• Communicate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and address late deliveries
• Maintain purchasing records in ERP systems
• Support cost control initiatives and identify savings
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in purchasing or supply chain roles
