Onsite Network & VoIP Support Engineer - Junior

Vivant, a U.S.-based MSP, is hiring for an onsite Level 1 Network & VoIP Support Engineer in Cebu City. You will be the first line of defense for customer issues across networking, VoIP, and connectivity, owning tickets end-to-end.

Expect to work in a fast-paced NOC environment with rotating shifts aligned to U.S. Central time; relocation assistance available. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and strong customer service.
