Onsite IT Support Pro: Windows 11 & Collaboration Tech

SIX is looking for a hands-on Onsite Supporter in Zurich to provide stable, reliable, and user-centric IT services. In this role, you will serve as a key contact for employees, handling complex support cases and improving the workplace environment in partnership with central IT teams.

Your main responsibilities include supporting Windows 11 clients, managing incidents via ITSM, and maintaining user devices. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of IT support experience and strong communication skills in German and English.
