Onsite IT Support Analyst — Singapore Office

AlphaSense in Singapore is seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst for our Global Service Delivery team. This fixed‑term role for 2 months offers hands‑on operations responsibilities in a fast‑paced, global technology environment.

You will be the on‑site IT face, handling onboarding hardware, resolving end‑user issues across macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zoom, and Microsoft 365, and coordinating AV setups for meetings. A collaborative, service‑minded attitude is essential.
