Job Description
Become a key player at MEDA as a Controls Engineer focused on plant-floor automation. This hands-on role supports robotics, PLCs, and other industrial equipment, requiring onsite presence.
MEDA is recruiting an experienced Controls Engineer for a 12-month contract where you’ll tackle automation challenges on the manufacturing floor. Your expertise in troubleshooting and programming will be vital in supporting plant automation systems. You will also utilize Factory Information Systems to monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvements across automation projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Support automotive manufacturing with PLC and robotics • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues effectively • Update program backups and manage installations • Program machining and conveyor systems accordingly • Reprogram automation setups for engineering enhancements
